IRI was founded by Johnny Henion, a licensed Real Estate Broker in Austin, Texas. He is a born and raised Austinite and has been a Realtor / Broker for 18+ years. He has owned, leased, sold, and exchanged investment properties for 15+ years. He understands how big the learning curve is regarding investment real estate and created IRI to resolve that barrier to entry.

Johnny’s goal is to help improve the financial well-being of others and increase their financial IQ. He believes there is another path to financial freedom — one that can be passed down for generations to come.
